Changed your mind? Return your product within 14 days of delivery.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund — no questions asked. Once we receive the product back and confirm it meets return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Included with every product as standard.

Eligible products include a minimum 12-month warranty as standard. The exact period and coverage depends on the product type and is listed on each product page.

Where applicable, the warranty covers major mechanical and electrical components. Consumable or wear items and faults caused by accident damage or misuse are excluded. Full coverage terms are confirmed per listing.

Warranty claims are simple. Request a callback first. We'll confirm what's covered and arrange the next steps — repair, replacement, or reimbursement, whichever suits the product.

Before any product is listed, available history is reviewed for provenance, ownership, condition, and any relevant records. Supporting information is available on request where records exist.

Where applicable, products undergo a pre-sale inspection covering condition, functionality, and any product-specific checks. Any issues found are rectified before listing, or clearly disclosed in the listing description.
